How Pro billing works

• Pro is billed in advance for the period you choose: monthly, quarterly or annually.
• If you start with the free trial, your first charge is taken when the trial ends, for the plan you picked at checkout.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Your receipt comes from the payment processor, Stripe, by email.

Cancelling

• Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you, or send you a secure billing-management link. Self-service billing controls will be shown when available.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, then board access ends. Your account and saved research are kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again.

Refunds

• Charges are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Cancel before your free trial ends and you are never charged.
• If something on our side stopped Pro from working for a meaningful part of a period, tell us and we will look into it.
• Any refund we do give ends Pro for the period it covers, straight away, and goes back to the card that paid. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.

Disputed charges

If a charge looks wrong, email us first: it is almost always faster than a bank dispute. A charge disputed with your bank or card issuer ends Pro while the dispute is open.

What Pro does not promise

Pro gives you more research, not better results. A losing bet, a line that moved, or a player who sat out is not grounds for a refund. The service shows data; it does not guarantee any outcome. See the Terms and Responsible gaming.
